The best part about going to the branches now is that we get to meet the chick himself in you are lucky!

The NEW Starbucks in town!

Anybody wants to make a guess where this new Starbucks is?

Is this even in Singapore?

As a Starbucks fan I am proud to share with you guys the good news of the new branch at Rochester Park!

This new branch is located around 5 - 10 mins walk from Buona Vista MRT station. And before I move into the details of the opening that I attended, below are the opening details of the branch.

On top of how awesome it looks like, it serves food too! The pasta and lasagna tastes really good too! It's a very good place for meet up where everyone can just get some food and stay on for a drink after that. This is the only Starbucks in Singapore that serves food as of now!

This is such an awesome branch(Although it's a little far from the place i normally hangout) and from the looks of the ladies you could tell that THEY APPROVE!

Via iPhone blogger App

It's funny how come they have an app for iPhone but not on the iPad.

I was surfing the app store and I stumble upon this app. It makes the whole blogging experience feels like you are just typing a very massive and long SMS. And it might also get affected but #DYAC.

This is how much blogging has change since the very first time I tried it in year 2003. Changing of template, uploading of photos, editing of photos and even the style of typing. Everything has change so much, everything is so much easier and fast now. We use I use things like photobucket which will expires your photo and leave you w a broken link, uploading pictures on 56k was a bitch, in fact without a digital cam or scanner, photo blogging was almost impossible. And the HTML typing was a major bitch. It's all so simple these days.

I contradict myself 30,000 times a day.

Do you have a voice in your head? No, I am not talking about SIRI. That is in your phone and probably the AI of Steve Jobs since he passed on. I mean the voice you talk to and the voice you fight against every second in your life. When life threatening decisions are to be made, do you talk to yourself? What about some situations like you know what you need to do is different from what you want to do?

I think I go through such issues like 30,000 times a day. I have this voice in me telling me things of what to do and I discuss with myself all the time. I never understand why I disagree with myself so much some times. Below is a sample list of some of the things I fight against myself very often.

I need to save money - I want to buy a new PS3, new phone, new camera.
I need to get my driving license - I do not have enough money, i need to save for my wedding.
I am so getting married - I think I want to party.
I am so going party and get drunk - I am not in the mood and just want to stay home today.
I am so staying home today! - I am damn bored at home!!!
I am bored and shall do some work and maybe some new proposal - I am lazy and I shall rest since it's weekend.
I shall so go to the gym or out of the house since it's weekend! - I am really lazy, maybe I should just stay in and pack my room.
My room is too messy, I shall pack it. - I think i shall watch some Dvds first.

WHAT IS WRONG WITH ME!!!

I think I am going crazy.

Anyway I was also talking to myself about all this wedding preparation thing. before talking about all the "event" preparation, I still am not too sure how "ready" I am. I want her, I love her but yet I am very worry about not having space in between us. I am still very worry about days that I have to work late or entertain people or go to event and I have to leave her at home all alone. I want to go home and spend time with her but yet I am very worry that I will bored her up spending too much time together. I can imagine us having a good evening at home , just the two of us wit my two kitties and having a nice home cooked meal whip up by me but I can also imagine the problem we going to have on who to mop the floor and clear the dishes after the nice meal. There are too much uncertainty I am facing at this point of time and I don't think anyone can make me feel better about this whole thing other than myself.  I know many people who are happily married but on the other hand I also know many people who just surviving in a marriage or worst, falling out of it. Is this pre-wedding stress? There are so much responsibility one is going to pick up and seriously how do people go through this?

I know it's silly to be thinking about such shit at this point of time. Not just because we are engage but it is because I know I am a very Lucky guy to find a girl like her. Especially when I am who I am. I am not the best guy out there although I think I am not too bad either. HAHA. What can I say other than the fact that I am lucky I am in love with my best friend?

Hello SIRI!

I finally got myself onto the iPhone 4S bandwagon. Frankly there is nothing much of a difference in the emotional part of it as compared to the days when I upgraded my phone from a Nokia 6510 to Nokia 7650.

The upgrade from the iPhone 3GS to the iPhone 4S felt something like this :

"AHHH!!! NEW PHONE!! UNBOX TIME!!"
"I wonder if the iCloud works and if I could get back all my contacts."
"click click click.. loading......done"
"Oh, it works. welcome back everything."

And ya, that's about it. it felts like nothing did change at all...

UNTIL.... I activated SIRI!

It's true that SIRI has issue understand my kind of English.(Or rather I had problem speaking the English it can understand. -.- )

Anyway I have to say it is really cool! Look what SIRI did for me!

YAY to SIRI! But actually I only got it working for me after multiple tries. I hope they have some local patch like SIMI so I could even tell him " SIMI, lim bei si bei yao, go where eat at this kinda L** J*** timing?"

Anyway I was very curious about how SIRI would look in a person form and thus I went and google(like what else right?) "SIRI" and click "Image" and this is what I got.

New HOT Chick In Town.

I saw a tweet some time back about one of my favorite restaurant at Tampines Mall closing down. That place was one of our favorite place to have weekend dinners and desserts, it has been around for quite a while and we were all kind of devastated when we heard the news back then. 

BUT NOT ANYMORE! Cause the new restaurant is just aseven more awesome! Check out the hot chicks!

Seriously, sometimes you just have too many photos on your computer and the uploading just gets messy. Let me try it again. The real deal HOT CHICK I am talking about!

 These are the real deal hot chick that are served at Nando's. There is something for everyone at Nando's considering the fact that you have four ways to choose your chick to be done. Nope, not how well you wish your chick to be done cause we only do that to beef but for the chicks at Nando's you get them in "Extra Hot", "Hot", "Mild(hot)" and also "Lemon and Herb" for those who are not too comfortable with spicy food.

And the best part I like about Nando's chicken is that their breast meat (I'm not really a breast person when it comes to chicken meat) is actually very soft and tender. I wonder what is their secret to provide such nice breast.

Being a new branch in Tampines, there is no doubt about how comfy the place is. This place is definitely going to be a place for youngsters(like me) to chill out and have a good time. And the best part is it's opening till late! 1am for Sun - Thurs and 3am for Friday and Saturday!

Happy Shoe Shopping Day Part I - CROCS!

It has been some crazy weeks of working on a few projects at WADDUP! and we hardly have anytime go out for any shopping or even break. We were even working during day, night and even weekends. We finally had some time and we decided to go shop for shoes cause ah dum needed some shoes for work as well as her upcoming weddings as a "sister".
