Seriously? |
"Hey, I just met you, and this is crazy, here's a condom so fuck me maybe?" (durex, you can use this, just credit me.)
And I was recently introduced to this mashup done by Kurt. Call me maybe + Payphone.
Seriously a major ear worm for me. This is so beautiful and way better than the original version. And from this mashup I decided to search a little more and below are a few other versions on youtube:
And yeah, of course there are some really good arrangements and there are some which is really bad as well.
Mashup aside, I was asking myself: "Hey, i just realize I've nv watch Payphone's actual MTV." (With that being said, yes, I've watch call me maybe and the "gay" dude is damn hot.) So of course,
SERIOUSLY?
Can someone just explains the storyboard to me in a very logical way? So they ran out of the robbery as a victim and became the robbers and they decided not to explain and run and became the criminal themselves?
How can a song with such beautiful singing, lyrics and music just became like this?
And my favorite line:
From behance.net |
The main body for Marron 5 - Payphone Lyrics.
I'm at a payphone trying to call home
All of my change I spent on you
Where have the times gone
Baby it's all wrong, where are the plans we made for two?
Yeah, I, I know it's hard to remember
The people we used to be
It's even harder to picture
That you're not here next to me
You say it's too late to make it
But is it too late to try?
And in our time that you wasted
All of our bridges burned down
I've wasted my nights
You turned out the lights
Now I'm paralyzed
Still stuck in that time when we called it love
But even the sun sets in paradise
And here is an interesting version of payphone by iPhone.
That's my earworm for now. What's yours?
Mr.Smith: I've an iPhone trying to call home, all of my cash i've spent on you, Where is the signal,Starfuck it's all wrong, what's the plan i've sign with you.
