I've shared this image before some time ago on another post but I am reusing this because there's no better way to explain "timing" besides this.
Have you imagine how life can be different for many of us simply because of timing? Imagine meeting your 1st love not during high school but only tomorrow. Meeting someone really awesome, rich and powerful before he/she actually gotten rich and powerful. Meeting someone who have a nice sexy body now when she was fat in her teenage years and you probably written her off because you are too shallow. How does that work?
Have you thought about all these alternate universe simply because of "timing" and not even because of your choices.
I guess everything happens for a reason no matter how impossible or not well-thought it may seems on hindsight. You never know when the (butterfly) effect is gonna hit you until it hits you later in life.
Embrace the moment, take chance.
