Is this reason good enough? Introducing one of Punggol Hidden Gem - Cravings Cafe.
Hidden at the corner of Punggol also known as Tebing Lane is this young few months old cafe. I was introduced to this cafe by my sister-in-law during my little niece's birthday party. Yup, you can actually do a rental of the cafe for private event.
They offer a range of coffee, speciality drinks as well as some exotic ice cream flavours. My personal favourite is Apple Pie and Banana Caramel! As you can see from the board I think their price range is pretty reasonable.
Besides the drinks and the Ice Cream. The Lady boss actually bakes her own cake. All the cakes are all while stock last and she doesn't always bakes the same thing everyday. She also have this Rainbow cake which I missed it during my visit. WHAT A SHAME!! I WANT MY RAINBOW CAKEEEE!!!
Besides eating and chilling, Cravings also offers ad-hoc kitchen rental to other bakers. All you have to do is bring your own baking ingredient. You can choose to sell your cake anywhere else, for own consumption or even sell it at their cafe. And their rental is actually not expensive. That's a pretty damn awesome idea for other bakers right!
The cafe doesn't offer WIFI as of now because of the building logistic issue but they do offer loads of power point. So if you need a nice place to do some work or blog, this might be a very good location.
They actually have quite a fair bit of seating both inside and outside of the cafe. It is a very good place to hang out. The best part is that they close at 1am so it is a very good chill out place for friends! Also very nice place to make movie!
HAHHAA.. Okay, I am still obsessed with the app FOTOPlace.
