Krispy Kreme Doughnuts to open in Singapore. So?

Remember this freaking crazy craze of donuts few years back? If you don't:

Remember now? It was the time where guys don't buy no flowers for the girls but buy donuts. Why do I know that? Cause I had so much donuts to eat in the office back then thanks to the ladies in the office.

I am pretty sure I will get some in the office again? Cause Krispy Kreme is coming to town!

According to TodayOnline :
Through the agreement, 15 Krispy Kreme locations will be opened in Singapore over the next five years and Star360, which represents a handful of brands in Asia, will be Krispy Kreme's licensed franchisee. 

Sorry but I am no homer actually. Not exactly a fan of such donuts especially these fancy flavored ones. I have friends who got them for us from MY and even from HK trip but I'm always the one saying no to it. Regardless, I think 15 stores are too many. Singapore retail/F n B industry sucks because of players like this flooding the market. Nothing is interesting after awhile, nothing keeps it novelty and trust me, more silly donuts shops will pop up along with this.
