Smith's Push Up Challenge!

You might not believe it but if you ask me what's my hobby these days I would probably tell you it's push-ups. Not simply because I've been training for IPPT but I actually really like the whole feeling of being able to do more and more push-up each day. 

It's is not like I am very good at it (yet) or I can break a world record BUT I would love to have a push-up challenge with you. (Just for the fun of it)

How It Works 

The mechanics is simple. You do not need to like my page, or share or what not. All you have to do is

• simply leave ANY message like a dedication  (On any of my #PushUpSmith post, Instagram/Facebook/Blog)
• leave your name (or URL or Twitter/Instagram Handle or Facebook Page) 

It is as simple as that, and I will upload a video of a set of 100 10 push-ups with your message.
