Some weeks ago I actually went for both Muay Thai and Yoga at Evolve with ex-colleague/fella blogger Rachie from thecambelles. How was it? Muay Thai was as intense as I could imagine and it's always fun for me when I get to kick and punch someone some sand bags but what caught me by surprise was the Yoga lessons.

Besides the point that the instructor was really hot and has a nice body the moves was really challenging. So those men who say that Yoga aren't a sport or something like it's only for woman, just knows nothing. The amount of endurance needed to do each move is just crazy. I'm actually interested in picking up some classes but I'm really not very keen on going to one of those gyms of 70 that gives little individual correction and worst the class is filled with 68 women and only 2 men and the woman will probably think I'm there just to look at girls. (which is a secondary objective not primary.)
Anyway since Yoga got my attention so I decided to do a little search about Yoga and photographer
Peter Hegre did the whole world a favour when he decided to upload a set of
photos of his wife in 2012. A talented yoga instructor, Hegre got her to pose
in some of her favourite positions in a tasteful display of talent. Not a
single bit ostentatious, the photos are a beautiful tribute to the art of yoga
and also a testament to the benefits it can bring. Frankly I think these pictures were very very tastefully done and I seriously didn't feel that it is obscene or NSFW at all. Singaporean photographer who keep making girls take nude should really learn!
