Female PTI (Fitness Trainer - FT) during RT and IPT.

It's TRUE! It has come true, like many people who like to feedback to SAF about having female PTI (Physical Training Instructor) is a type of motivation, it has come true!

But they are now known as FT, not foreign talent but Fitness Trainer.

Nope, they ain't that kinda hot. It would be mean for me to say they are ugly and also it's not true but they ain't exactly hot like those girls you see above or on instagram.

Not too sure how many of you guys find it motivating but I call it a lil depressing seeing a woman doing chin ups and teaching you what to do while you sweat and suffer like a cry baby. The only time I want a woman to teach me what to do is when on bed. Call me a MCP but I just don't like the idea of being commanded by a woman for PT training. Especially when some of them are showing skyhigh ego thinking they are there and they are better than man. (Which in this case, they actually are and that is very god damn sad.) But again, I am not saying all of them are like that. I actually had quite a good experience with a female FT. She is nice, a little too nice, some of the guys were like teasing her throughout the whole training but I guess woman being woman will appreciate such attention. No?

So who are they? According to source, SAF actually sub contracted this part of the business to Cisco. So they are Ciscos fitness trainers. So now we no longer have NSF PTIs and instead we have commercial female fitness instructors from Cisco.

Is that good or bad? You decide for yourself.
