Wearing: Blue Collar (But bell and tag not intact, was pulled off by him week ago)
Eyes: As you can see his right eye has a scar tissue and is very special and easy to identify him.
Tail: Bobtail. very very short tail.

He is a 100% home cat and I have no idea how he did the prison break. Am very worry he cannot survive in the "wild"(HDB area actually).

Perhaps you should try to report it to SPCA too. I did that also when I hv lost my dog in Tampines too. Will look out for your cat!

i'll help you re-post on my facebook. hope it helps. anyway, u shd try SPCA, CWS and all other cat shelters. Let CWS post a lost/found for u too.

Also do the tried and tested method of putting posters up offering a reward if he's found, because it does work.
