Okay, A month has passed by in a blink and let's take a look at how's things for me and my Mission Down Size Me.
This was the goal set last month - MDSM Issue 1
and the summary of last month -
Current Weight : 89kg
Current Height : 1.8m
Jogging : once a week, avg 4km - 5km; 30mins - 50mins
Basketball Game : once a week. 3-4 hrs
Fast Food Frequency : High ( Mcd breakfast, Lunch, Popeye supper )
Ice Cream Frequency : Very High ( Mcflurry, tubes of ice cream )
Alcohol Consumption : Mid ( Once a week or less)
Soft Drinks : High (Almost every lunch and dinner)
And the result of the month of June :
Current Weight : 88kg
Current Height : 1.8m
Jogging : NIL - knee pain and all the school work left me with a month of jog less activity
Basketball Game : I did miss 2 Sunday of June but I did get some basket over the weekdays. So on avg still once a week
Fast Food Frequency : Low. In fact I only did 3 times. Once was Wendy's which I really have to try, Once was company Lunch at Dallas Chicken, so it was like a social fast food and last was Superdog which I thought it's not as bad.
Ice Cream Frequency : Low. Once at MCD, Strawberry sundae while i was studying there and twice at home
Alcohol Consumption : Mid, mainly are all social events like Irene's birthday, Meetup with Lana, Paige's Birthday and of course the event of the month - #kissmyass
Soft Drinks : Low, I tried my best to avoid all the soft drinks I could unless during movies watch which I choose not to avoid cause mineral water is just too expensive.
Although the exercise routine was cut down I manage to down 1 kg by controlling my diet. I did not even not eat, all i did was eat less and avoid at all cost unless it's social.
To reward myself, I am going for popeye with my buddy keong ! HAHAHA..
And let's take a look at MDSM at the end of July.
