Putting on weight, that's one of my major issue recently other than "the other" issue which I am facing.
A little history about my weight, I was 101 kg at the age of 17 and standing at height of 1.8m tall.
I did a little weight management by cutting down on diet and jogging and when I got into Poly at the age of 18 I was 88kg. Poly life flash past in a blink and before I know it I was at the 99kg mark when I enter Army.
Army was fun and I weight 77kg at a certain point and when I ORD I was actually 82kg.
4 good yrs of working and drinking pushes me to a current weight of 89kg.
My current work out is actually quite alright for me but I think my diet is really killing me. Let's take a look at some numbers.
Current Weight : 89kg
Current Height : 1.8m
Jogging : once a week, avg 4km - 5km; 30mins - 50mins
Basketball Game : once a week. 3-4 hrs
Fast Food Frequency : High ( Mcd breakfast, Lunch, Popeye supper )
Ice Cream Frequency : Very High ( Mcflurry, tubes of ice cream )
Alcohol Consumption : Mid ( Once a week or less)
Soft Drinks : High (Almost every lunch and dinner)
I remember seeing some where off the internet that a healthy working adult need at least 2 session of workout per week and I think I have my fair dosage. So the problem gonna be my diet.
So starting from 1st of June, I am going to stop the 4 biggest sin in my diet. Fast Food, Ice Cream, soft drinks and Alcohol. Every single day's routine broken will add on to an additional week.
And on top of that I might throw in 1 more extra session of either jogging or swimming. ( If i have the time)
We'll see some figures at the end of June kay ?

U drink soft drink every lunch and dinner time? That is a real killer on the sugar content. everything else aside. This got to stop. No other types of can drinks also. Carbonated or non-carbonated. Period. Stick with fruit juice if you need to drink after lunch/dinner.
not always but most of the time especially during office hrs. If say weekend or eat at home den maybe not lor.
Ribena considered soft drink or not?
