Have been working with a group of client from Singapore Post...

last nite was their show..

i will not say it's the best show ever as i still miss out some stuff here and there.. but i am proud to say it is already much better compare to the pass few ones despite of the late handling over of this job to me..

For those who are not too sure wat happen... : this show was initially sold by my another colleague , then service by another.. den last min service by me and run by me.. so alot of things i'm not too sure and it's also my mistake that i took it for granted that everything that should be cover by the other person are covered.. the fact is that it's not.. so ya.. lesson learn.

this group of client are young , fun and energetic..

They have confident in me and i am very glad i can service them.

I think i really am a service person , despite of all the work and sweat we put on each project , it still gives me a satisfaction and smile on my face when i see my client give me the "thank you" and the smile on their face after the show.. it truly warms my heart and i'll give myself a pad on the shoulder.. yes.. i literally did that last nite..

and of course.. success of a show is not a one man effort.. my group members coordination and everything will be credited as well..especially for my senior exe Little Miss JO JO..

despite it's my show, she was there to help remind me this and that to make sure i've done my part already, i did miss out some and i did some.. but the help she gave me was really great.. and she did well for her switching part as well.. this silly woman really help me alot.. in fact the gers in my office are just normal gers on normal days.. but when they are on event ground.. they are like veteran warriors getting ready to battle.. especially Ah Chiew~ ..

back to my client.. wat really melts my heart was the sms from Kristen ( one of the committee member who does more direct liaising with me ) which came in 2.34am : " Thanks Smith, U did a good job. The video was great and is fun working with u, Thanks "

This is the kind of motivation to keep service pple going i suppose.. long months of work, closing deal, not so much of billing this bill, is the effort which was confirm by ur client.. and more show to come..and she actually specially pointed out the video, which was partially my baby, with Andre's guide line of course..

so now back to all my road shows!!
