Mission Vision Goal

Just back from my Company Retreat.. i've no idea to say it's a success or not.. in fact i think i am in no shoe.. the morning was a major screw up but the later part of the day was good.. and of cause.. happy to see gd old man cheepeng who later stay on w us. we have great beer and games and of cause fun time sharing chandran's wild story.

If u guys still rmember mdm irene koh who i doubt anyone will. i actualli pass down what she thot me, abt the mission vision n goal.. i used the same method, the one w the major paper - those in CENT shld know. It was gd and gd friend Xy appreciated it much and boy am i glad.. was worry many didnt like it. but of cause no one can please all and we still have bitches who just dun wanna do anything.. PUI!! thx to sr n aldrick i think i did have some nice pics to share.. but maybe next time ( that's wat i always say - anyway i am no cam whore ma.. so no need pics.. i just need to update my friends what's happen in my life.. or in fact.. write to please myself as a part of my memories..)

so i'm gonna more clearly talk abt my mission visions and goals on my blog.. for those who have nv thot of it at all, i guess it's time.. for those who have thot abt it.. maybe it's good to share.. it's quite inspiring reading other pple's too..

Mission

SMITH - Bring laughter to family and friends, To work hard, acheive enough to take care or family and will be there for his friends when needed

Vision

Smith 7 Core Values ROTFLIL - Roll On The Floor, Laught It Loud !

Responsibility

I believe as a person, u have to be responsible for all ur action.. be it good.. bad..u have to be responsible.. lying or running away will not help in any situation..admit ur mistake..and when it's ur time to pick up somethings.. make sure it is done.. and WELL DONE!!

Out of the box

this simply means creative..when u stop creating.. that means u are getting old.. ur mind stop thinking.. and that's it for u.. u have look at everything from all angle.. analysia all problem and situation.. get the best out of the worst..U cant just sit on the same spot n cry when the trouble hit u.. think.. think.. OUT OF THE BOX!!

Try

this word may sound stupid.. but trying is wat it is all about.. u have to kip trying no matter how difficult..no matteer how stupid or how worry u are.. if u nv try.. u nv know..

Forward thinking

think ahead.. always be ahead of other pple.. look, listen,learn.. u have to be better then other's to survive.

Leadership

This is wat smith loves to do.. i wanna lead my friends and family around me to a better tomorrow.. i do not want them to suffer in silence plus extra confinement.. not everyone is vocal.. not everyone dare.. i dare.. so i will voice out.. i will lead.. i will overcome and excel..

Initiative

It's not pple's job to ask u to work.. but it's everyone's job to offer help.. no one will mind someone who is willing to help. unless u screw up =P

Love for family

without your family.. there wouldnt be u.. without my family.. there is no smith.. smith loves famiy.. smith take cares of family..

GOAL

To achieve as much as i can for the betterment of my family and friends, be famous,be loveable,be happy and be a grand father
